New Year New You Program
8 week program starting January 17 designed to help you become your best self and move forward into the new year with purpose.
1st 4 weeks are a course on managing your thoughts, establishing goals, priorities, etc. The 2nd 4 weeks are individualized one on one session to work on your personal goals. This can be career, family, relationship, time management, weight loss… it will be customized to you.
Small groups are up to 5 persons. $50 each additional participant. This can be modified in person upon request and for an additional fee.
